Regular Classes: Junior Puppy, Senior Puppy, 12-18 Months. Canadian Bred, Bred By Exhibitor, Open, Veterans, Specials Only, Exhibition Only.
Non-Regular Classes: Brace, Stud Dog, Brood Bitch, and Field Dog.

Sweepstakes

Judge: Lori Ross
Class 6 month up to but less than 9 months, 9 months up to but under 12 months, 12
months up to but under 18 months. Dogs and Bitches will judged separately
Mechanism: 6-9 Males will compete with one being selected as Best 6-9 Male. 6-9
Females will compete with one being selected as Best 6-9 Female. 9-12 Males will
compete with one being selected as Best 9-12 Male. 9-12 Females will compete with one
being selected as Best 9-12 Female. 12-18 Males will compete with one being selected
as Best 12-18 Male. 12-18 Females will compete with one being selected as Best 12-18
Female. The Winners of each of the classes will compete for Best in Sweepstakes and
Best of Opposite Sex to Best in Sweepstakes.
Prize Money
Prize Money Breakdown: The Six Finalists will each be awarded 10%. Best in
Sweepstakes will receive an additional 15%. Best of Opposite Sex to best in Sweepstakes
will receive an additional 5%. 20% will be held back for administration purposes. In
addition a Rosette will be given to all Six Finalists.
Note: All dogs entered in this sweepstakes must be entered in one of the regular CKC
classes in this Specialty.
Field Dog Class: Field Dog Class is: For all Pointers, Setters and Spaniels who have
earned a qualifying score at a Licensed Field Trial or Field Dog Test in Canada or the
United States or have earned a placement at a Licensed Field Trial in Canada or the
United States, by the close of entries.

Breeds Eligible to Compete
Breeds eligible to compete: Braque Francaise, (Gascogne & Pyrenees), Griffon (Wire Haired Pointer, Pointer, Pointer (G.L.H.), Pointer (G.S.H.), Pointer (G.W.H.),
Pudelpointer, Setters (English, Gordon, Irish Red & White, Irish), Spaniels, (Blue Picardy, Brittany, French), Vizla (Smooth & Wire-Haired) and Weimaraner.

Trophy List
Through the generosity of members and friends, prizes will be awarded (in each breed) for
BOB, BOS, BW, & BP. Also for Best in Multi-Breed Specialty, Best Puppy in
Multi-Breed Specialty, also Stud Dog, Brood Bitch & Field Class Dog in Multi-Breed
Specialty. All unofficial classes will receive a Rosette for 1st, then flat ribbons for
placements up to 4th.
